Return & Refund Policy

We understand your need to feel safe to purchase from a trusted website. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase with the ability to return your purchase when needed, as insurance that you get your order as expected.

Our return and refund policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Please Note: You will be required to pay for return shipping fees. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original unopened undamaged packaging with unremoved product tags.

To return or exchange your order you will have to send us clear pictures or videos of the item in hand or on a table and from all sides and the area containing the problem.

Upon receipt of the pictures or videos, we will fully examine them and notify you, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment or another preferred method that we will agree upon.

Returns

To return your product, you should contact us by email or Facebook messenger.

You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

You will be responsible for packing the order the same way you received it to protect it from damage during shipping.

If we agree to return your item, the shipping company’s carrier will contact you to schedule pickup.

The carrier will attempt to contact you several times if you fail to ship your return, shipping fees may apply.

Exchange

We only replace items if they are wrong, defective, or damaged.

Upon receiving your order, if you received a faulty item or damaged item from shipping you have 24 hours to report this to us to take action suitable to return or exchange your item.

You will be responsible for packing the order the same way you received it to protect it from damage during shipping. Shipping fees will not be applied.

Reporting after 24 hours for shipping problems will not be considered.

If we agree to exchange your item, the shipping company’s carrier will contact you to schedule the exchange. The carrier will attempt contacting you and if he couldn’t reach you or if he arrives to pick up your return and didn’t find the order ready for shipping, your order will be considered final and not to be exchanged.

Exceptions

Some items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. These include:

  1. Clearance or Sale items clearly marked as such and displaying a No-Return Policy
  2. When the offer notes state so specifically are items that cannot be returned.
  3. Items that fall into the below product types:
    Underwear
    Lingerie
    Socks
    Software
    Music albums
    Video games
    DVDs, Blu-ray discs, HD-DVDs
    Books
    Swimwear
    Beauty & Fragrances
    Hosiery

Also, any consumable items that are used or installed cannot be returned. As outlined in Consumer Protection Law and Its Executive Regulations and concerning the section on non-returnable items.

Refunds

Once your pictures or videos are received and inspected, we will contact you to notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card, original method of payment, or any other method we will agree upon, within a certain amount of days.

For cash on delivery money will be refunded when your return is picked up, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Late or missing refunds for online payments

If we agreed on refunding your money using the online payment method and you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your account again.

Then contact your payment method company/bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Changes

We may update this Return & Refund Policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.
