Our return and exchange policy lasts 14 days if the product is in its original condition or 30 days if the product has a manufacturing defect.

If 30 days have passed since the date of purchase, we will not return, exchange or refund the product.

In order for the product to be eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of the date of purchase, it must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in original packaging undamaged and sealed with product tags intact.

If a product is found to have a manufacturing defect within 30 days of purchase, you may contact us with information about the problem to request a return or exchange.

How to return or exchange your order?

  1. Your request must be reviewed by us to be approved for a return, exchange, or refund. we will notify you if we accept or reject your request (without contradance to the Consumer Protection Law and the executive regulations of the Consumer Protection Law).
  2. To return or exchange your order you will have to send us clear pictures or videos of the product (unopened undamaged packaging with unremoved product tags) in hand or on a table from all sides and if the product is defective send pictures or videos of the area containing the defect.
  3. Upon receipt of the pictures or videos, we will fully examine them and notify you, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return or exchange as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a return or exchange, we will exchange the product or return it and then refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment or another available method if the original method is not available at the time of refund.
  4. If the customer refuses to send us clear pictures or videos of the product and all of its components, the return or exchange request will be held until the media has been sent. The pictures or videos are important to determine if the return or exchange of the product is in compliance with the return and exchange policy.
  5. Electronic devices must be returned in their original condition (box sealed, unopened, undamaged including all components). in case the electronic device is found defective, like mobiles or wearable devices, etc. may include a defect that requires examination and testing. it has to be examined by us in hand in order to accept or reject your return or exchange request (without contradance to Consumer Protection Law and the executive regulations of the Consumer Protection Law).
  6. After examining the electronic device and found to be not defective, the return or exchange request will be rejected and it will be returned to the customer.
  7. If the product is not compatible with other devices or requires another device to be used, it is the customer’s responsibility to make sure the product is compatible and the return rules will apply.
  8. All product descriptions are copied and translated from the user manual included with the device and if it is provided by the manufacturer. it is the customer’s responsibility to read the description and make sure the product is compatible with other devices he owns or contact us for information, if the product is found incompatible, it will not be returned or exchanged unless the other conditions are met.
  9. Shipping companies are only responsible for the shipping process door-to-door for a fee and do not represent our entity, the shipping agent is not allowed to make decisions regarding the customer’s return or exchange in any way and he is only allowed to pick up the shipment.
  10. You will be required to pay return shipping fees in case the product is in its original condition. shipping charges are non-refundable.
  11. You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  12. You will be responsible for packing the order the same way you received it to protect it from damage during shipping.
  13. The shipping company will make three attempts to receive the return, one attempt per day, and we will provide the shipping company’s phone number, tracking number, and tracking link for the customer to follow up. If the customer exhausts attempts without returns being delivered, the purchase will be considered final.
  14. If you received a faulty product or damaged product from shipping you have 24 hours to report this to us to take action suitable to return or exchange your product as soon as possible. You will be responsible for packing the order the same way you received it to protect it from damage during shipping. Shipping fees will not be applied.
  15. If we accept your exchange request, the shipping company’s agent will contact you to schedule the exchange. The shipping agent will attempt contacting you up to 3 times and if he couldn’t reach you or if he arrives to pick up your return and didn’t find the order ready for shipping, the purchase will be considered final.
  16. If the customer attempts to use an immoral method such as fraud by hiding critical information, returning a different product or trying to return a similar used product or using an immoral method or obscene language during the return request, the purchase will be considered final and legal measures may be taken against him/her within the framework of the law.

Exceptions

Some products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. The customer may not directly have the right to exchange or return in any of the following cases:

  1. If the nature of the product, its characteristics, or the way it is packaged or wrapped, prevents its replacement or return, or it is impossible for it to be returned to the condition it was in at the time of the purchase.
  2. If the product is a perishable consumer commodity.
  3. If the product is not in the same condition as it was at the time of purchase for a reason attributed to the consumer.
  4. If it is a product that is manufactured according to special specifications specified by the consumer. The product conformed to these specifications.
  5. Books, newspapers, magazines, information programs, and the like.
  6. If the product is considered to be jewelry and the like.
  7. Underwear and wedding dresses if their covers have been removed or opened.

How to get your refund?

Once your order is received and inspected, we will contact you to notify you of the approval or rejection of your return request, according to the Consumer Protection Law and Its Executive Regulations.

If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and money will be refunded to your original method of payment or another available method at the time of refund if the original payment method is not available. within 7 to 14 days of the date of the return request approval and according to the payment method.

Late or missing refunds for online payments:

If we refund your money using the online payment method and you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your account again.

Then contact your payment method company/bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
