Products Grading

These Products Grading guides are used to establish a condition of a collectible product, unfortunately, most of our collectible products are brought from overseas (new or pre-owned) what makes it hard for us to predict in what shape will they arrive.

The act of grading a collectible product means meticulously looking over the collectible product for any defects and being realistic about the condition the collectible product is in.

We care about our buyers’ opinions and their desires to get their orders up to their expectations so we put Products Grading policy, quality and packaging condition for products that are grading is essential to them; thus we will never lie about the originality of our products and will always give detailed information about the product and packaging conditions as much as we can.

Most of the collectible products are brought from overseas – all the way across the world so some factors control products conditions like shipping and customs clearance process which makes it hard for us to control those factors and hard to get fully mint packaging. Used or pre-owned products will go through the same selling standards the same as new products and will be inspected and given a condition/variation the same as new products.

Generic Products: We see no need to grade Generic (products without brands) or non-collectible products.

Overview:

  • Genuine and legitimate goods: They are purchased from authorized and trusted sources.
  • No branding, high copy or bootleg products and products without brands will be referred to as a Generic Brand.
  • No grade: Some Products Grading are not important unless we have a different type, material, size or color; but if the buyers sees or believe that a condition or grading is important for them to place their order, they may reach out through our contacting channels for assistance.

Displayed in Perfect Condition

This is a term that is used to describe a collectible such as Action Figures and Statues that is used but never played with and has been put in a display only, which does not affect the value, overall state, or condition of the item; in fact, some items are more valuable used than new due to its rarity, this term is not used most of the time because collectors don’t mind items displayed before only its value.

For a brand-new product, the seal may get broken by customs for inspection only goes for products brought by us. See the product listing for more details and description if there is any.

Packaging Condition:

This part for products grading guides only determines the condition of the product packaging as some products like Funko Pop! that has a great number of collectors who cares about the packaging condition and others don’t mind if the packaging is damaged and they throw it after receiving the product (we advise against throwing the packaging even if it is damaged).
